It is our 25th birthday! It is hard to believe it has been 25 years since Club Access 2 leisure  Holiday Ownership was first conceived. In that time membership of our Holiday Clubs has grown from strength to strength. We have invested heavily to expand and enhance our Customer Relations Department.

We have more than doubled our human resources and office space, invested in training and improved our computer systems. We are sure that you will discover a higher level of service when you call to book your next holiday.

We encourage you to use emails as the preferred means of communicating with us. This usually produces the best results as requests received are clearer, and you can send your message at any time including weekends and after office hours which allows us that extra time to offer more solutions to your requests. For those not connected to email, our telephone number is (00356) 21 582 416. Our office is open to receive calls from Monday to Friday from 08.00hrs to 18.00hrs and on Saturday from 09.00hrs to 13.00hrs. Hours quoted are UK time.

Should all our operators be busy at the time you call, please leave a message with your name and agreement number and we will reply as soon as possible.

We aim to reply to every enquiry within 2 working days from receipt. This is clearly possible for home resort reservations but worldwide bookings may sometimes require more time.

For your peace of mind we have launched a dedicated HOTLINE (00356) 9900 6330 to be used ONLY for accommodation emergencies encountered upon arrival at your destination resort at any time of the day.
