This usually produces the best results as requests received are clearer, and you can send your message at any time including weekends and after office hours which allows us that extra time to offer more solutions to your requests. We aim to reply to every enquiry within 2 working days from receipt. This is clearly possible for home resort reservations but worldwide bookings may sometimes require more time.
