Having acquired membership of Club Access 2 leisure, you are entitled to occupy a specified type of holiday unit for a number of weekly periods in your chosen season each year until the termination date.
- In order to secure your rights, the Trustee mentioned below holds legal title via an Owning Company holding and controlling the Club Access 2 leisure accommodation and long-term rental rights to supplement accommodation. The Trustee also acts as registrar of all membership.
- The Vendor and Management Company is Nest Developer Services Limited, a company incorporated in Gibraltar with company registration number 107569 and having its registered office at Suite 4, 10th Floor, International Commercial Centre, 2a Main Street, Gibraltar.
- The Trustee is Hutchinson Trustees Limited, company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 03195365 and having its registered address at 5, Priory Court, Tuscam Way, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3YX, England. Website: www.hutchinsontrustees.com

The Vendor as data controller (as well as Hutchinson Trustees Limited and, as may be applicable, worldwide accommodation providers or agents, Flywire and Daniels Silverman as data processors) may process our personal data for the performance of obligations of this agreement.
The Vendor and Hutchinson Trustees Limited may process our personal data to provide us with details of special offers, competitions, products, services, news and tips.

We have updated our privacy policy to include third parties who need to have access to limited customer data. These third parties include our payment processing partners, hosting, and mailshot providers. We believe that this change will help us provide better services to our customers.
