The 28th edition of the Malta International Airshow is on the 27th and 28th September 2025.

The iconic Royal Air Force Red Arrows will be once again flying over the country in the upcoming Malta International Airshow.

The flying display will be held along the St Paul’s Bay coastline. Static Displays will be held at Safi Aviation Park and the EasyJet Engineering Apron, offering visitors an up-close look at a wide range of military and civilian aircraft.

Major highlights this year include the German Air Force with the Tornado and Eurofighter Typhoon Solo Display Teams, an Airbus A400M Atlas, and a Lockheed P-3C Orion from the German Navy.

The Spanish Navy’s AV-8B+ Harrier Demo Display will make its debut in Malta, marking the Harrier’s return to the island after 15 years. With the AV-8B nearing retirement, this could be your last chance to see this legendary aircraft in flight.

Passepartout’s American adventure.

Passepartout was persuaded at long last to visit his many American cousins whose ancestors emigrated to the USA, while there he managed to visit Las Vegas, one of his bucket list’s destinations (and while Elsa was not privy to his gambling attempts).

Elsa decided not to join her husband in the US due to her aversion of heat, and not feeling too well lately.

Interesting facts of Las Vegas:

Due to Las Vegas being such a unique place with an out-of-this-world atmosphere, it's no surprise that there is an array of fun facts about Las Vegas for example, did you know that Vegas is home to many of the world's largest hotels? Or that The Luxor Hotel's Sphinx is bigger than the original in Egypt?

Lake Mead is a reservoir that provides the majority of Las Vegas' water supply. Interestingly, there is also an abandoned town underneath Lake Mead.

In the 1930s, the US government asked residents of St. Thomas to leave so they could flood the area to create the lake. While the residents left, the town was not demolished and was instead submerged below the lake.

Las Vegas has long been known as an ideal location to elope to. In the last decade or so, it's also become a top destination for planned weddings. As a result, there are approximately 120,000 weddings a year, equating toan average of 300 weddings per day.
